PERMITTED USES

The Service is designed to help you delegate operational tasks to AI coworkers. Permitted uses include:

• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Updating CRM records and managing sales pipelines
• Processing and organizing documents
• Conducting research and compiling reports
• Coordinating internal operations and vendor communications
• Managing recruiting workflows and candidate communications
• Any other legitimate business operations delegated to your AI coworker

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Illegal Activities

• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or other deceptive practices
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Distributing illegal content or materials

Harmful Communications

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or marketing messages without proper consent
• Sending phishing emails or attempting to deceive recipients about the source or nature of communications
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Impersonating any person or entity without authorization
• Sending communications that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations

Security and System Integrity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

Misuse of AI Capabilities

• Using AI coworkers to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to manipulate AI coworkers to bypass safety measures or access controls
• Using the Service to develop competing AI products or services
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without authorization

Content Restrictions

• Creating or distributing content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Creating or distributing sexually explicit or exploitative content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Violating the privacy or data protection rights of others

EMAIL INTEGRITY

Because AI coworkers send emails on behalf of users, we take email integrity seriously. You must:

• Ensure all email communications comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR
• Only send emails to recipients who have provided consent or with whom you have a legitimate business relationship
• Include accurate sender information and valid reply-to addresses
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
• Not use the Service to send bulk unsolicited emails or marketing campaigns without proper consent

DATA HANDLING RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the data you provide to and process through the Service. You must:

• Have the necessary rights and permissions to share data with your AI coworker
• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Not upload or process data that you are prohibited from sharing
• Implement appropriate access controls for sensitive information
• Promptly report any suspected data breaches or security incidents

RESPONSIBLE AI USE

We are committed to the responsible development and use of AI. You agree to:

• Use AI coworkers to augment human capabilities, not to deceive or manipulate
• Maintain appropriate human oversight of AI coworker activities
• Disclose the use of AI where required by law or when reasonably expected by recipients
• Report any concerning AI behavior or outputs to our team
• Not attempt to use the Service to cause harm to individuals or groups

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend access to the Service
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report violations to appropriate authorities
• Pursue legal remedies

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at abuse@ambiguous.io.

UPDATES

We may update this AUP from time to time. The revised version will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
